IPC Health are celebrating their win from the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) Awards! They have been recognised with the Sir Ken Robinson Innovation and Creativity Award for our Surplus for Purpose: One Team IPC Health (Growth Strategy & People Plan) initiative. 

IPC Health's vision was to move to a client-centred, integrated service model focused on understanding and meeting the needs of the 'whole person' across the entire clinical, mental health and social spectrum. Their initiative – Surplus for Purpose: One Team IPC Health (Growth Strategy & People Plan) worked towards creating a culture of innovation and participation where staff are invited to not only become part of, but actively shape, the transformative change required.
